Exclamation P0303 code and car runs like poopoo

ok make this shorter. car runs like, crap, misses and wont let me rev past 3k rpms half the time while driving. when i get to about 2700 rpm it cuts out like i am engine braking.

the p0303 is the only code that im reading. Cleared code and came back as p0303 again.

when misfire occurs and read on the laptop it says its a little rich, but the tune is good. but when misfire occurs, on the zeitronix its says im totally lean, as if engine braking.
I checked plugs, coils, and wires, no vacuum leaks, all hoses clamps tight and right. any ideas guys?

Are all your clamps on your hoses tight? Just a thought from the minimal info.

yes. all vacuum lines connected and hoses and clamps on, no boost leaks.

P0303 is misfire in cylinder #3, swap coils, plugs see if the misfire moves. If it doesnt move continue diag from there, if it does move then you know you have a bad coil or plug

if you can't find an ignition issue, take a look at the connectors to your fuel injectors, or the injectors itself.. I had an intermittant connection that caused similar symptoms on one injector, of course I would get a misfire code on one bank because of it.

found this list of P0303 causes. the thing is, the car runs at WOT and logs the same as before this started happening, ALWAYS running strong at WOT from 4-8k rpms with no knock and steady AFRS. so could i be safe to say its not an injector?

heres the list and what ive been through, the things i have not dont have red by them
-Faulty spark plug or wire not this
-Faulty coil (pack) not this
-Faulty (front) oxygen sensor
-Faulty fuel injector
-Burned exhaust valve
-Faulty catalytic converter lol not this either
-Running out of fuel not this
-Poor compression not this
-Defective computer not this either

FYI the entire motor is fresh from a rebuild. and my mechanic said he had a code for the o2 sensor before he gave it to me, but unplugged then plugged it back in, and the o2 code dissapeared. the motor ran fine for about 2 days then this happend. Im thinking its very likely the o2 sensor(by turbo) was in the process of crapping out, and finally did. will know all for sure on tuesday.

A P0303 is a hard misfire fault, how could your o2 sensors causing #3 to misfire?

he said the first code after the engine build he got was the bank 1 for 02 sensor then it came back as p0303, My did same thing first code was bank 1 for 02, i cleared then 2 days later i got 2 codes bank1 front 02 and p0300 misfire. I got new 02 sensor and both codes went away. Since he check his coils and plugs that leaves the front 02 sensor.

you said both codes came back, he says only p0303 is on. If there was another code for a o2 sensor then yes I would replace that. But a single P0303 fault has absolutely nothing to do with an o2 sensor.

not according to what ive been reading. the front o2 sensor can be screwed up just enough that it wont throw a fault code after being cleared but still doesnt work correctly, leading to the P0303. Denver comes back tmorrow or tuesday and well swap his for mine and find out for sure.
