Yeah, those bars are entirely a functional member on your car. They prevent the chassis from twisting under uneven lateral loading. The Evo's chassis is probably not stiff enough to prevent that kind of torque from being transferred to the rest of the car. This may lead to metal fatigue somewhere else in the chassis over time. I'd put them back on.

i need the hardware to put them on thoe...do u know wut company by looking?? or where I can get the bolts, or even what size they are??

you can probably just go to a hardware store and pick up some zinc coated bolts for that... i don't remember the size, but you can get that info from your local dealership by phone. All 4 bolts should cost less than $10.

if you have a 3 inch dp sometimes the front won't clear it, unless the downpipe was designed to, mine unfortunately was not, you can use some spacers and a longer bolt to bolt it on over the dp. i would've done that but one of my bolts broke off if i would've read this before school i could've checked what size and thread pitch for you. if i can find my little bag of bolts lol

lol if u could that would be awesome...if not then i guess i can just try a bunch of bolts and just guess and check

i wont be back at school til monday, my teacher and 90% of the class went down to PRI while i got stuck up here in bfe minnesota, shoulda kept my civic and i could've afforded to go, but its been snowing so i've been having some fun with it so back on topic i can try and find the bolt and get the specs for you on monday is that cool?

if you can please do!! il ltry on sunday to go find some bolts, but i would love to know real sizes haha

But all it is is just 5 bolts t oconnect both bars correct??? Any nuts or bolts??
