YES!!!!!!!!!!!!! what are you adding again??? You should get a tune if you upgrade turbo or put camgears camshafts in your car because it will idle rough and it will need to be smooth out so upgrade everything you can till your about to drop those two peaces in and when you do its time for a TUNE. unless your doing exterior stuff first lol then it does not matter. Some folks tune almost after everything but again if i lived close to a tuner maybe i would have tuned once but who cares i dont. just remember you not gonna get the peak preformace out the parts you add until a tune so long as you can deal with that then. LETS GET IT. im not racing my car or anything till i get cams camshafts and better turbo and tune until then i just drive regular no hurry

I have had my 3" Ultimate Racing test pipe for 3 years on my IX and not a single CEL to date. Just bolted it on and I was good to go.

USE the search function to find your answer if you want a Complete guide on the 3 dollar Non Fouler method its actually more lol depending on where you live I have a complete guide to that and other installs on my cardomain page i explain how to do it from beginning to end

http://www.cardomain.com/ride/3123213/4

hope this helps
There are other "non-foulers" out there that only require you to use 1 pc. They also don't require any extra drilling/machining etc. Can't remember where I got mine. That and a resonated test pipe for over 25k and no cel's.

I'm sure the UR comes with a non-fouler of some sort already built into it.
