abnormal lag

Mods: Green, 680cc, TBE, Intake, EBC set at 24, GSC S1, Walbro, FMIC.

Recently i started noticing my car is lagging more then normal. I used to hit full boost around 3300rpm. Now however, i noticed my car is hitting full boost at 6000rpm!

It starts to boost 2-8 psi between 3000-5000rpms, at 5500 it boosts to around 14psi and hits full boost at 6000rpm.

I had a problem before where the 02 housing has a blade/flap that has broken. It took forever to spool and when it did it only hit 12psi. I got that fixed 6 months ago. Im not sure if its related as i can hit 23psi but only at 6000rpm.

I dont think its a boost leak (although i will check) my boost doesnt fall off at high rpms or drives abnormally.

Let me know what you guys think..

Thanks

what kind of wastegate actuator?
we had a forge one have the diaphram back off the rod at the last superlap. so it was basically running an open wg at that point. no pressure to hold the gate closed. check the rod and see if you can move it and the flap lever by hand. if so, start unbolting

Its the stock WG

Umm so basically i should check if the lever can be moved by hand? If not do i have to replace it or can it be fixed?

i'm not sure what the internals of the stock wga look like but i don't think they are fixable like the forge one is. if the rod seems fine like there is still some preload on it then it really sounds like the flapper issue again.
but i thought that they were only going out on the dual flappers and fp stopped selling them and only does the singles now. if you had yours repaired by swapping to a new hotside then you should have a single.

The flapper valve is located in the turbine housing, not, as you have stated, in the O2 housing, right? Normally there should be no blades or flaps in your O2 housing, AFAIK.
