Jack the car up onto four jackstands and run the car with the wheels on. You will see whats causing the vibration. Its easier to do this on a lift though. My guess is that they boogered up the driveshaft install, or maybe forgot some lugnuts on your wheels. If I were you I would have just made a u-turn and just brought it right back to the shop and told them to fix it. That is actually what you should have done.

Also, check the axles. I once had an axle boot get torn and the grease flung out, which caused a heavy vibration at around those speeds.

The rear u-joint is hitting your after market exhaust this only happens in the rain and has been discussed here before more than once.

Do you get the vibration only during acceleration at the lower speeds? If so, I'd usually suspect an inner axle joint (tripot, cv, whatever you'd like to call it). But with the info you've given, I'd check with the new 2 piece axle shaft that you had installed. If the shaft is not the correct length (perhaps the wrong shaft for the application), you will definitely get a violent vibration. Seen it a few times personally, and recently I had worked on an Eclipse that had a shudder on acceleration and it turned out to be an aftermarket performance axle that was just a bit too long. If the shop still has your original axle, have them install it back in your car to see if that's the problem.

Doesn't look like it. Wheel balance problem is usually 50 mph and higher. A separated tire is more likely, happens at lower speed, but both usually aren't violent. I'm still banking on the axle.
