About a week ago when i tried launching the car it starts to go and then boggs down and then grabs and takes off.


besides that i have had no other problems with the car

i tried launching a few more times and its doing the same thing


My only guess is clutch?

your letting the clutch up to fast so instead of getting wheel spin it gets too much traction and your car dosent have enough power to get it off the line right.

next time slip it a little bit more and you should be good

 

That's a good clutch...hahaha. Mine...even if I drop the clutch on a launch it just slips. Time for a new clutch (for me)

 

Its not that i am launching wrong i am doing it like i always have , just like you said slipping it

 

User error. You need to let the clutch out slower, as said above. You cant just rev up and dump it. You need to go to the track, and practice a lot. Learn how to launch it fast where there's no bog. Your clutch is probably fine.

My stock clutch is basically gone, I went to the track and it just slips clutch through 1st gear, no grab. That's when you'll know it's getting closer to being the clutch.
