Twin Tial BOV's?
well im out of luck. lol unless i can build a 1000 hp evo and i dont have the money for that. that is really nice setup tho.
Arent the tial BOV's setup with psi springs? correct me if im wrong but what if you get twin bov setup each with small number of psi spring like 6 psi in each. that would be just like one 12 psi. or do i have the wrong idea

2 TiAL bov's on anything less than say 1300whp is not necessary
on a 2200hp app, one Q is enough
Just out of curiosity why does HP dictate how many BOV's you use?? A 700ci v8 running 15psi of boost making 2000hp surely wouldnt require what a 122ci running 80psi of boost making 1300hp would, correct?? Certain applications run Wastegates for BOV.. Some applications run NO BOV and 70psi of boost..
^ my thoughts exactly
To the OP, if you want to read more about my theories feel free to pm me.
Tialsport--- I have found in my testing, that by heat stressing the springs, or even slight shimming of the spring, would drastically change the characteristics of the valve. Why is it that tial only sells springs in full # increments ?..Not bashing just simply asking.

Well ive read up about everything and i relize now why you run two. I was just sitting around wondering if anyone has ran twin bov's. Thanks for all the information. and im DEF not going to be running two. I have ONE tial.
Thanks guys.
Thanks guys.
that actually depends on the car, i know many evos that run it vta no problem on stock maf. Many supras and srt's also run it with out problems and it holds boost fine. I prefer to defend parts that have proven themselves , like the hks ssqv.
Maybe the worst for a evo, but no worst then any other full VTA bov.
We have build an upper intecooler pipe w/ twin TiALs for a couple customers. We only run one 50mm on our 1100hp car, but the old setup had two.
