Annoying RPM Drop

So I get a drop in RPMs down to 500 or less whenever I let of the gas in first gear to a rolling stop. Basically I rev the car to 2000 RPMs to get it moving a bit, then I cut to Neutral and the RMP's drop. It's gotten so bad that my car has even stalled a few times. Obviously this is an issue when your power steering goes out and you have to turn.

I've checked everything mechanically. All my vacuum hoses are connected to the manifold and everything seems to check out. Not sure how to fix this. Initially tried advancing the timing a bit, and it did help, but eventually returned to this state. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

- Steve

Increase your initial ISCV-neutral values via ECUFlash by 3-5 points. See how that works for you and adjust higher/lower as needed.

I did mess the the IPW adder since I'm currently running E85 and having to combat these cold starts here in Colorado. Nonetheless I'll look into the ISCV-neutral valves like you've mentioned, I've never messed with those. Thanks
