Another HKS DLI issue!!!

Hey guys, I just installed the HKS DLI and when I started everything was fine, the car was smooth and idle is great no problem what so ever, but when I checked the HKS box the LED light was not on, I checked the install manual and it says when you start the car the LED should glow, if it dosen't the car won't start!!!!!!!!

I did a search and found nothing about this.

So is the HKS not working or what???

check the ground. and yes the led does glow and gets brighter the more you lay into the throttle. if you think the install is correct and still not working the way its supposed to, return it. ive had mine for about 3 yrs and it still working.

where do you have the ground installed to? I kept having that issue, i relocated the box and the ground. (the mounting point for the box should be a ground as well.)

I mounted the box near the air intake filter, it's a bracket that was used for the stock air box, and the grounding point was next to it on the side, it has many grounding wires going to it so I used it there too.

I disconnected the HKS DLi now and but everything back turn the car on everhthing looked good no problem.

Okay yesterday I installed the DLi again, but this time I switched the wires, the long wire is connected to the driver side coil and the short wire is connected to the passanger side, and when I started the car the ligh glows but it's a bit faint, so is that okay or not??
