Hello Guys,

I am looking for a turbo kit for my 2007 EVO 9;

My goal is to achieve +400whp on 93 octane pump gas with stock motor with minimum lag.

There are lots of turbos on the market and i'm little bit confused

Which turbo, or turbo kit would you suggest?

i made 424 whp on pump gas with a FPGreen and the mods in my signature. stockish spool.

 

Fp Green, Stock turbo can do it with cams and the right mods.

 

i dont think ive ever seen a stock motor car make 400+ on pump. ive seen people get very close, but never cross 400

 

The stock turbo can get you there.

 

my friend has a stock evo 8 motor with all the bolt ons injectors etc and meth and dynoed 410whp

 

and thats on the 16g. So the 20g can def do it

pump and meth is very far from straight pump gas.

meth kit is alot cheaper then a turbo kit. the stock turbo can get u there with meth.

 

Cheapest way to get you there with the best spool is the BBK lite.

From what I've read & experienced it seem that you'll need a Red to get you 400+ on pump. The green with all supporting mods will get you very close but you'll need more than pump to get over the 400 mark... realistically that is.
