A few MIVEC tuning questions

I have the IX FP4R cams in my car and am trying to better understand the MIVEC tuning aspect of them. My car has already been dyno-tuned but something in me says the car still has more in it. On FP's website they mention this:

"Best results will usually be had with the MIVEC map full advanced (94-96 degree lobe center) from 2500 - 5500rpm, then the lobe should be pulled back at the upper RPM. Full retard at the upper RPM is not usually the best way to go, we recommend trying 115-120 lobe centers at the highest RPM."

How do those degree lobe center numbers correlate to the values in the MIVEC table in ECUFlash (which I believe run from -1.2 to 28.8)? I know full advanced would be 28.8 and full retard is -1.2, but I'm unsure how to get the 115-120 lobe center they mention for the highest RPM range.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Lobe center is the seperation (even split) between the intake centerline and the exhaust centerline.
