Also, what is the throttle/engine responce like compaired to stock with the carbon tailshaft?

Does it build revs/boost quicker?

 

I dont think there is much at all savings wise. Rotational mass savings here is very minimal since the diameter is very small. It is not the same as saving 2# on a tire. The difference in price is just not worth it in my opinion. And yes, it seems to spool quicker with the aluminum one. The weight savings is about 15# and rotational is 11-12 I believe. You wanna spend over 3k for a DS, go ahead. BUt I'll stick with the 800 aluminum one and spend the rest on mods

 

the carbon one is much cheaper bought directly from the UK now that the GBP has gone down a bit.
