came off my wrecked evo. is it still good or do i need to replace it?

the line going to the hotside spins all the way around. the cap there were my finger is, is also loose.

what do you guys think?

 

Is it from an VIII or a IX turbo? Whichever, I´d just go ahead and replace it. You should be able to get a good used one cheap, if you don´t want to fork out for a new one. Try the turbo shops that rebuild 16G´s and convert them to Greens and BBK´s such as Blouch or FP. They should have piles of serviceable used ones.
