evo x turbo on VIII???
Just look at an X turbo, then compare the X turbo to the VIII, and IX turbos, and you will see that although each is about the same, it's their placement that makes using an X turbo pointless.
Plus, why would you want an X turbo, when you can use an FP turbo? Consider that previous 4g63 powered EVOs have the potential to swap OE parts from newer models, into older models, this new EVO, does not follow that tradition. Hence why this EVO is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO controversial, in terms of appearance, bargain, performance, and reliability.
I would stray away from trying to use EVO X parts on older generation EVOs. Aside from a shift knob, there is not much you can carry down to predecessors EVOs without wasting time to not only make the part fit properly, but also function well, also.
