too bad this requires cutting the beam and the undertray.
I want an upgraded IC but don't want to do either of those things to make it fit.

I am in the same boat with you! The beam I could just take it out but for the undertray that would mean that I would have to buy one.

You might be able to run spacers, but I don't know if that would put the crash bar into the bumper cover.

Honestly...who cares about the undertray. Just take the thing off if you don't want to cut it. You will never feel a difference with it on or off anyways.

If you were to add spacers to the crash beam in order to get it to fit, you would more then likely have fitment issues with your bumper once you would try to reinstall it. I have the BR Race FMIC also and I just removed the front crash beam for a clean and hassle free installation. I don't however have the undertray so I can't comment on how much would need to be trimmed.

Wanted to bring this back. Is there anybody that is using this with stock undertray and how much trimming is needed? Also has everyone had to trim the crashbar?

because the amount spacers needed to make the beam clear the IC will push it out so far the bumper cover will not line up at the fenders... I was already there and tried it.

any issues with the aircon lines in front, I did not install my fmic yet, but hold in place and it seems to touch the lines. Does the tab on the left sits flush on the plate on yours? When I test fitted it was not completely flush. I will try again in 1 hour. Hopefully someone has advise.
