Lol yup and i told him SAE 90 is diffrent than 75w90 , hisreply was that its all the same , WTF
like if it was a problem to get his butt of that chair and go in the back and get me a freaking gallon off the shelf. Its not like he has to go out in the 25 degree temp and start pumping the fluids into a jerry can.
I swear most of these people get their jobs by luck, if i was the dealer owner I would make sure that every working employee has some type of background in the specific field they are working.
