Funny clutch thing

I've hated my clutch for over a year now because of the lockout issues i had with it, that i never had with the stocker. quick history: 06 EVO IX MR, stocker went at 70k miles and was replaced with an Exedy Stage 1. Hated it from day one, but it was in there, so i dealt with it. engagement point was all ****ed from where the stocker was, and it locked me out in 2nd, 4th, 5th and 6th at anything past redline. i tried EVERYTHING people suggested and it wouldn't go away...

well funny thing happened recently...

the lockout has stopped. i'm at 118k right now, and the damn thing doesn't lock me out of any gears at all, at any rpm. i tested it a few times in the past few days, and it's not locking me out. crazy....

i've got my own theories on this, anybody else care to chime in? maybe it finally realized it was being a total ****ing douche and decided to stop?
