I just got my evo, and im loving it! I installed a bushur racing intake, stage 1 clutch masters clutch, forge motorsports BOV, and recently a Turbo XS dual stage manual boost controller. My question is i thought that a manual boost controller held stready boost till redline, whereas my boost still tapers to to about 16.5 when set at 18.5 (stage 1) and to about 17.5 when set to 20 (stage 2) could there be a problem somewhere, or is this normal? thanks alot!

I checked all the connections, seems the cap on my turbo inlet pipe (i think thats it, the one that tees with the waste gate actuator) fell off, could this have been it? would any damage result in the cap falling off the nipple

 

You will start dropping off when reaching 6000 RPM.

Go to EBC if you want too have a better holded. Other wise set MBC for about 20.5 you will be fine.
