I have had this stuff in my trans for a while and it shifts so much better than stock and I wouldn't put anything else in there. Everyone will have a different experience, though I am confident that you would benefit from it as well. Give it a shot

3Qts... You will need to hit up an AMSOil dealer or get it directly from OilDoc here on the forum for pricing. OilDoc can't be beat price-wise.

I have it in my tranny too and love it! Once it's up to temp, it's as smooth as butter.

Oildoc for sure, good prices and great customer service.
I just had a ACT HDSS installed and used the Amsoil MTG. Very smooth and consistent, but I live in San Diego, so I can't vouch for cold weather operation. I also use the SSO 0-30 and just went with the 6" cone Air filter. I'm a Amsoil junky

By far the best fluid for the tranny, transfer and diff. I still use Mobil for the engine though...

I live in MN and when we went -20 for a couple of days it was noticy to shift but once warmed up (5mins driving) it shift smooth. Also the 0w30 SS makes my car idle so much better than Mobile 1 EP 10w30.

Yeah I'm not liking how it takes a while to warm up, I might try a mix next time of this and Penzoil Synchromesh, or just go back to stock.

I keep having issues with getting into first on a cold startup. Which of course is somewhat common, but I never had that problem before, probably just a result from my car getting older

This is the same for me. I really like this fluid so far. I plan on changing it every 15-20K. I actually have smoother shifting with this fluid then stock.
