Turbo doesnt kick in (cant go more than 40 MPH)

OK, I just installed an AEM Tru-boost gauge and so today I set the cycle for 35 and spr was 11.5 I was driving fine untill the afternoon. I decided to punch it on an open road and the car started jerking, I looked down and I wasnt even at 3500 RPM. My turbo doesnt even kick in, once the jerking starts I here clicking nosies coming from the engine, Im assuming its the the AEM boost solenoid. I couldnt do more than 40 MPH. Does anyone know whats going on? cause I'm sure lost.

When u set the cycle it suppose to be at like 55-56 thats like 21psi for both A abd B settings, i set my spring at 11.5 too. Try that bro i had the same problems before but found out it was a loose Upper Piping!!!

Should I set it that high even though my ECU is still stock? I lowered the cycle down to 25 thinking that it was the cause for my turbo not kicking in but still same problem and same clicking noise.

humm I think with a plane ticket to visit you I could work it out and help with a nice tune also :-) Double check that its all hooked up right, then maybe its the ECU clutting boost because you are over boosting it. Try lower then higher and make sure you have the boost cut off setup.

The stock fuel curve has a nasty lean spot in it. Once you try to spool sooner it become the bucking problem you mention (exaggerated with aftermarket intakes and filters along with revised MIVAC maps). Put a wideband O2 sensor in and log it. Then reflash with ECUFlash to get rid of the lean spot. Check out the ECU Flash forum to all the tools to address this.
