Do you think there are any other things I should search around for on the car before I take it in...you know, get them all out of the way at the same time!

you'd probably be better off just finding a different evo who knows what else is wrong

or have an evo specific shop take a look at it

Well I remember someone bought an evo that was 2 wheel drive. Might want to make sure yours is AWD...

You sure its an 2006? Not an Evo VIII with a bumper and interior swap? Take some more pics of the car and we can have a look.

Check your VIN with the dealership. It definitely looks like and IX with ACD delete.

Do you guys think I have a legal leg to stand on with this? I was told that it was never modded and that their mechanics are very meticulous about looking for bolts that have been removed/removed and replaced to return it to stock. If they screwed me, what would my options even be?

Hope this helps....I just took these pics so you know what you are missing.

keep in mind I do have plug and play HID's for my IX as its not the se or mr so that metal box is just the ballast unit.

That looks like an HID unit if you are talking about the box with the lines going to it.

Depending on what State you live in, there are lemon laws, etc...if you know a lawyer friend I suggest you talk to them first. My Moto is to have ALL the necessary information before confronting the accused.

hope it all works out for you, which it will...keep your chin up, if the dealership is legit, then they will make it right.

VIN number on all the panels and dash say it's an '06, seats are '06, and has the MIVEC motor in it. However, it still has no ACD reservoir bottle, but does have the button and options on the dash. I looked up a lawyer that I am going to call tomorrow to see what my options are if the car is all f'd. I went out looking at it again with a light and noticed that there are some oil leaks too! It only has 27,5xx on the odometer!!! The oil pan, somewhere higher on the back of the block and who knows how many fitting could be leaking down there. They all have oil on them now from the wind blowing it off the oil pan. The car is in such great shape though other than these things! I really hope that they don't get in my face when I tell them to fix ALL the oil leaks under warranty, as the car IS still under the factory warranty. I'll let you all know what happens after I have a talk with them. I think I might also run it down the street to COBB tomorrow and see if they can help me out at all.
Thanks everyone!
