? for people who changed the cam side motor mount

Do you need to support the motor when replacing the cam side motor mount? The front lower mount did not need support so I dont think this would either but to be safe...

I've never changed my motor mounts but I would support the engine. You can never be too careful.

WTF is the 'cam side' ? The cams are on TOP!

If you're referring to the one on the passenger side, YES support the motor. Just stick a block of wood on a jack and put it under the oil pan, then jack it up enough to take the pressure off the mount. Unbolt the old one and slap in the new one.

Sorry I should have been more specific, the Cam Gear side. AMS calls it the cam side but what do they know?
