Hello..today I noticed that my stock injectors goes to 100% under WOT..I noticed this today and my Check Light was flashing..This Happened while the tank was empty...Reserve Light on...Does this matter that the tank was empty or I should look for some other problem..?thanks

 

how do you know your stock injectors are at 100% duty?? your injectors shouldnt be maxed out with your mods in signature..

 

+1...its hard to believe ur at 100% idc with no cams or fueling upgrades...if ur sure that ur logging and tuning are correct, then theres little more to troubleshoot...try upgrading injctors

Also, it is possible that when you floored it, due to not having enough fuel in the tank it sloshed away from the pick up of the fuel pump starving the engine of fuel and because the oxygen sensors see a leaner afr it increased injector duty cycle thinking it would correct the problem. Just a theory. Fill your car up and check it again.

 

Well the title says power FC so im assuming your using that for logging, 100% is too high and not safe, 80-90% max!!

 

I noticed that last night my engine light was flashing when WOT..Ithought this was knock and on the commander it shows 100% Inj Duty..This has happened when the tank was VERY empty..I will Fill up Today and try again...If I continue with this here should I look at?

 

your correct on that...if your check engine light is flashing than its seeing knock...get a new tune and go from there....most likely is running super rich, thats why the injectors are maxed out...and that can be a rason why is seeing knock because of so much fuel...how much boost are you at??

 

I too had a similar problem. PFC comes "mapped", but it's just a safe map to start the engine and take it for a tune. They throw lots of fuel, so a 100% duty's possible. I got 97% on a stock engine when I first took it for a drive!! And CEL flashes too on injector duty, but on a different way than knock.

 

Im not seeing Knock..Its Not the Rapidly Flash..is the slow one...and on the commander It Shows 100% Inj Duty..Max Knock Is 28..Im running 19-21 Psi.

 

I just filled the tank up and the same..I guess I should start looking in another area..Any Inputs?

On the powerFC, 28's not that much. Picks lots of noises. I think you should check your tune. Mine changes wildly from summer to winter
