I'm trying to find a few internal parts for the VIII tranny but I can't find any place that understands what parts I'm looking for. The part names in the EVO factory service manual don't match up with the part name that the parts department have. So asking for such and such a part is a nightmare.

can't they just let you look at the diagram on the screen and you pick the part that you need?

 

They should. If not, call John@ShepTrans, Im sure he can find what you need.

 

Shep, TeamRip Engineering (TRE) or Jack's Transmissions all should be able to get what you need, and in some cases, cheaper than dealer prices.
