its the 9 turbo but the 80 series one as the mitsubushi part number ending in 1580 instead of 1570 or 1571,this is the latest version of the std 9 turbo.

You should be able to tune for 19-22# of boost easily. What sort of gasoline octanewise is available at the pump in your location? You don't have that crappy PetroCaribe Venezuelan gasoline do you? Still you'd think that 19.5# shouldn't be a problem.

No man I come from a beautiful greak island in the mediterranean sea, called Cyprus,it's close to Dubai. The gas over here it starts from 92-100 octane rating but to be honest i don't know how of a good quality it is compared to the u.s or the southern amerika,i know that is better or at least one of the best compared to the rest of the european countries.

Yes no probs with boost or whatsoever,i set my profec at 50% duty and i run 25psi on the high setting,i was actually thinking of preloading the actutor a couple of rounds, the only thing i'm afraid of is making the turbo surging...

What i wanted to ask is this the normal boost for the fp 18psi actuator,or do I need to preload it a bit more,it seems as normal to me,is it down a bit on the preloading part?

Cyprus is NOT a Greek Island (it's just a country where people speak the Greek language), and it's not near Dubai
On the other hand, it is beautifull

92-100 Ron is equivalent to 87 - 95 R+M/2 (used in the USA). 100 Ron should work great.

If at straight manifold boost connected to the wga you are seing 19.5 psi boost, this means your wga is wokring as it's supposed to... you probably increased the preload a bit before installing it too... always have the wga rod streteched a bit when installing it o'wise you'll experience increased lag (ie: if you are able to install your wga w'out using a mitivac or other pressure source, this means that it is too lose, so you should add some preload. This will keep the flapper from opening under exhaust pressure, at least at low rpms...). Increasing the preload on the wga spring will give you better spool and help you hold more boost on higher rpm's. Regarding the comp. surge, the only way to know is to try it... you will need to revisit your EBC duty cycles too...

Good Luck
