4G64 Pistons

I am wondering if anyone knows of an off the shelf piston for a 4G64 block (87mm) that is designed for a 94mm crank. I am considering using a 94mm Eagle crank and 156mm Manley Turbo Tuff rods in a 4G64 block, but am not really excited about having to have custom pistons built. I believe it would need the pin moved up 3mm.

I have searched a bunch to no avail, but can't believe that no one has made a shelf piston for this setup considering how long the 4g64 has been around.

Also, for those who have done the 4G64 conversion, what exactly is required for the evo head to work on the 4g64 block? I know an adapter for the water pump is required, but nothing else has been difinitive. I have read some posts saying that certain passages in the block need to be blocked, and then others saying the opposite. Also, is o-ringing the block mandatory? Thanks for your help.
