he "thinks" you don't have a leak because the boost is stable? hmmm. well maybe instead of "thinking" you don't have a leak he should check everything out to make sure you don't have a leak. what about the diverter valve.....did you check that?

I was just going to mention that (I remembered an issue I had a while back) when I had lost a vacuum line to my BOV that the valve would open on its own at about 14.5psi of boost.. make sure that its connected and functioning, and the hoses are sealed good... (Diverter Valve, recirculating blowoff valve)
