Hi I have a stock 2005 evo with 51000 miles. The other day I noticed a fairly bad stumble right when I hit boost at about 3500 rpm it will stumble 1-4 times then runs smooth the rest of the way through. I put dry gas in thinking maybe I had some water in the fuel still the same thing. If anyone has any ideas that would be great.

Change your plugs, how many miles on the clutch?

 

Still the original clutch. The clutch is not slipping the rpm don't jump at all when it is doing that.

 

Sounds like the plugs are breaking up to me as well. Pretty typical problem.
