There is no reason for sure to cut the floor, it is tight but certainly does not require cutting.

The new modifications are getting closer. We got our first finished fittings in today, they seem to be incorrect though.
Any word on the new fittings helping out at all?

When do you expect this new setup to be available to the public? I am in the process of changing fuel systems for my new setup and am considering doing this over the external pump option if it is able to support the 1kwhp as mentioned. Please keep us updated as i want to purchase soon. Thanks.

I just got our first fuel rail in yesterday. It was sent to check fitment. There was a mistake made in the machining so we have to make a change to it. This is the last piece of the puzzle needed to finish the fuel system. It has taken much longer than I expected it to take to get this done.

The normal double pumper has already proven to flow enough for 9.0's at 159.6 mph, that's more fuel than most people are going to need and on a 1200 cc injector.

Does anybody know of an aftermarket in line fuel filter I can use instead of the Buschur filter?
I'm getting a lean studder at cruising rpm's , so I think my filter might be getting clogged.

Just trying to find a filter locally, Thanks !!

It would be quicker to just call us and place an order for a filter than trying to locate something else. They are $30.

How often do you recommend changing the filter out?

I've been having problems starting my brand new buschur 2.3L motor, head, cams, etc.. We installed these and I bought them around ~7-8 months ago.. They were just sitting in my garage never used or opened..

I think this might be the problem.. David, can I prime the pumps in the car by running 12v to the pumps? I would assume I could just fill the gas all the way full or close to full and run the 12v directly to the pump switch? Please let me know.. We can't hear the pumps come on at all and the car wants to start.. but won't . Thanks

How accurate are the hob switch? (psi wise?) Would it possible that I have a bad hob switch? My 1200cc max IDC @ 30psi is right around ~80% on pump gas.

I manually primed my second fuel pump and I can hear it working.

Im just not sure it its working when Im boosting 20psi+. I know you somebody posted putting LED light when the second pump kicks in but I can't find that post.

My injector duty cycle is mid to upper 60's @ 30psi on pump gas running about 11.1 AFR near redline running FIC 1150cc aka 1200cc and an AMS 37r turbo kit.

A friends car that I've tuned with almost exact setup as mine but 1000cc injectors runs between 80 and 90% @ 31psi and a Buschur 37r turbo kit.

We've both had hobb's switch failures in the past for reference, but with the hobb's switches working this is what our duty cycles are.

I would see if you can test the point when the Hobbs is kicking on to be sure. It's typically noticable when logging as the AFR's get a little richer from the surge from the second pump coming on. Looking at AEM logs, both Hobbs switches mentioned above kick on between 6 and 7psi, which is what they were advertised to do.
