Borg Warner turbo...

Hey, just came across a Borge Warner GM-5 turbo. Can't find any info on it. Anyone have any insight or knowledge on this turbo?

Likely an old wastegated diesel turbo. For an Evo, not worth the money.

How can you state that a diesel turbo isn't worth the money? Because it's a diesel turbo, it'll flow more and reach full boost sooner since diesel is a heavier fuel than regular pump/93. Name on bolt-on turbo for the EVO that can flow over 50-lbs/min at under $1K? The Borg Warner turbos are now offering the Extended Tip Technology which makes the turbo even more efficient at nice boost levels.
