Power Loss Through Drive Train

Just somemore newbie questions guys. The Evolutions are rated with a BHP of 206Kw, or 280 HP. How much of this power is actually available at the wheels?

Another question is, what is the distribution of power to the front and rear wheels? A balanced ratio of 50/50? or front/rear biased?

Lastly, what is the difference between 1 way, 1.5way, and 2way LSDs?

Someone help me out!!

Cheers!

We tested a bone stock EVO 5 on a 4wd Dynojet and came up with 220hp to the wheels

Power distribution is 50/50, but you can get a Cusco Tarmac Gear which makes it 35/65

220 HP at the wheels? Thats only 20% power loss... Pretty good for a 4WD!!

Any other inputs?
