improving Turbo spool?

Yo....Do you guys have any ideas on how to make the Evo 8 (or any turbo car for that matter, but maily evo 8) Spool up quicker? Their was one idea on the thread about the Thread titled: "Evo turbo Information" (awesome thread people!) that sayed that you can get titanium turbos and since they are lighter, and have less inertia, they will spool up like 500rpms earlier......very nice. but i would like the turbo to kick in like around 2500 or less if possible for instant ***** out performance....
Thank you gentlemen.....bestow us with your wisdom.
Peace!

Yes, advance the ignition timing at low RPM's. Look into getting a Greddy E-Manage.

Free-up breathing
increase displacement
lighten engines spinning components
reduce parasitic loss and friction
increase compression ratio
add 50shot of N20 (that turns off at 5psi of boost)
BB turbo shaft and or lighter turbine/compressor wheel
Anti-lag system
advance timing
increase spark energy (and run larger plug gap)
Buy Sti....just kidding!!! I'm sure i've missed stuff?

Just unbolting the stock muffler takes like 500rpm off spool. So, get an intake, buy a turbo back exhaust, and be done with it. You'll get full boost at like 2700 rpm.

Some that haven't been mentioned:

1) Extrude Hone both sides of the turbo

2) Polish or extrude hone the inside of the exhaust manifold

3) Ceramic coat the exhaust system from manifold until cat (also great for lower underbonnet temps.)

4) Get a shortest length designed manifold, rather than an equal length manifold.
