SAFC question

I have a safc collecting dust right now and want to install it. The only thing is i'm not sure if it works. Is there a way to check if it turns on without installing it on the car first? Thanks for any help.

hook it up 2 a 12v and ground it that should at least turn it on....

the red wire should be connected to a 12v correct? and brown and black to a ground?

I tried something and only the buttons light up. How do i get the screen to light up?

why not just take 20mins and the quick splices and hook it up ?

Looks like i'm going to have to. Just didnt want to splice and cut if it ends up not working.

dont cut anything use the quick connects like i did in my car 2 test one i got of ebay once its hooked up temp u should have screen come on and if it does then do the cutting and soldering

oh yeah i forgot that you only need to cut the air flow sensor
