when i was installing my licp the hanger slipped when i was fitting one end of the licp in and it scratched part of the outside of the oil cooler, this shouldnt be a problem right?

hmmm i cant see it that well but dont think it should be a prob... but on a side note i would def get rid of those clamps your using on the piping and get T-bolt clamps... those clamps are gonna blow easy!

As long as it doesn't leak you are fine. I doubt you did enough damage to puncture it, probable just bent the cooling fins. You could take a very fine set of pliars and try to straighten them out again. Otherwise, don't worry.
