Does anyone know what the sensor by the shifter linkage (kind of by the transaxel) does or what it controls? A friend noticed that this sensor on my car was broken or looks to be broken, and now I want to know what it does. I didn't have a check engine light on at all and the car ran fine with the exception that my clutch is going out. Any help would be great
