It doesnt matter how much you spend, a "Mod" can be anything. I spent over $3k on my rims and tires. Does that mean I need a new tune? The guy is asking for tips.............

down pipe
tbe exhaust
turbo timer <not needed>
mbc
intake w/upper & lower icps <no power; looks only>
walbro fuel pump

If money is plentiful, then you might want cams and a bigger turbo. Obviously, the more mods you get prior to the 1st tune the more cost effective the first, and maybe only, tune will be.

The best mod of all, is the E-85 mod!

I find it hard to believe that a intake and upper & lower intercooler piping doesent help overall performance.
