boost question

Hi, I live in a city with high altitude 1,500mt/4920ft i have a prosport electronic gauge and it measure 15psi, I try it in 2nd, 3rd and just measure 15psi, wondering if is this normal for the hight altitude, Do I have a pressure leak? or my gauge is not accurate.
Any info will be helpful

2004 Evo RS
My mod are:
Apexi power intake
Nesei LICP
NGK spark plug cables
MR BOV

Thanks

Just make a boost leak tester and test it. costs 10.00 to make and saves you hours upon hours of time.
