i was gonna say, it is a good setup but looks brittle.

I think it's innovative and what makes evoM what it is. I'll stay tuned for the video but I'm a fan of the O2 dump tube!

Amazing ! Does it have external dump? Can you send the picture with the plate welded on the wastegate ? Is it possible to make the same set up on stock mainfold using 44mm Tial?
I have FP green with leaking wastegate. The only way that I know how to fix it is to get FP turbine housing but I don't have one and it will take much time to get it

Nice work! It would be nice to see more pics from under the manifold. It looks like it might flow more than the stock wastegate.
Any boost creep? How much boost are you running right now?

yeah its external dump made a tube from the wastegate bends towards the middle of the car and straight down....
and yeah it would be possible to do it on stock mani, i was going to have my stock ported and do the set up on there but came across this mani for cheap so did it that way

Just curious, why did you go external while keeping the internal housing? The limiting factor with internal WG is the WG area on the scroll side or basically the entire construction, not the gate itself (a dump will take care of the gate). You will also have to find a turbine housing designed W/O any gate which doesnt exist.

Nevertheless, I admire your effort and the fact you reached your goal

Dont take any offense but an upgraded WG actuator would hold boost better as well, this just seems like a lot and your not getting anything out of it besides more attention and probably a loss in performance. Having the exhaust flow hit a striaght 90* out of the twin scroll manifold probably disrupts the air flow a ton when at full boost.

yeah i understand thats there is prob gonna be n gain in it but i like being trying things and love externals so it all works for me i dont mind a small drop in perfomance its worth it to me... but we'll no for sure about the performance end soon going to geta few dyno runs in to do a comparrison
