fidanza 4.3 clutch kit
I tryed to search to see if anyone is using this clutch but couldnt really find what I was looking for. I need a clutch thats is gonna hold good power. I dont really have the funds for the exedy and I wanna buy my clutch and get it put in while im my car is at turbo trix. The 4.3 has a tq rating of 599 I plan on having around 450-500 whp during the summer and i want my clutch to last. If u guys have any suggestions feel free to tell me. Thanks

i have a buddy that got a fidanza 3.2 and has had it for about 9 months maybe around 5 or 6 thousand miles on it. has only launched it about 5 times tops and not a single time more, his car is completely stock besides a intake and boost controller so not much power and it is already slipping. now i havent heard that much about this company and all i have heard is crappy stuff. if i were you i would try ACT or save money for the exedy.....

I had the 4.3 in my IX, it was pretty easy to drive in traffic, you just have to give it a little more gas than normal when you are rolling out. I raced it maybe once or twice a month and was happy with my choice. The pedal pressure is close to stock as well. I believe Caleb from CBRD has this in his BBK Ix as well.

Its 599 ft lbs rated, HP does not factor into that.
sikwititevo9 - your buddy has either: driver error, installation error, abused, combo.
I have the f3.2. At about 20k on it dozen launches. Still works fantastic.
The f4.3, its more heavy duty, but retains the same feel of the f3.2.

i have the f4.3 in my car. and like metioned above. Its either on or off..lol The chatter is rather harsh on the street in traffic but i dont Daily drive my car so it dosent bother me when i take it out. Now i dont have 450 550hp but ive launched the car 3 times on the clutch so far ive had it for about 3500 miles. And all is well, now when i say launched, meaning slipped it out a little bit and then let the clutch go the way ur suppose to launch the car. But id recomend this clutch if you dont mind the chatter go for it. im not to familiar with the f3.2 but from what people say above it seems to be worth it for what ur looking for.

Thanks for the post guys I might try it out and see I don't have that power yet but im just planning ahead so i don't have to go through clutches. I just want a clutch that can hold the power without getting lock out issues with in a good price. Maybe someone out there will post with 450 plus

i used to have the 3.2 in my car. i hated it i followed the extra long breakin rules for kevlar clutches, and it still went out in six months ( only 2 launches and some spirited pulls)
Plus fidanza clutches come with cheapo oem pressure plates not much of an upgrade in my opinion.
after the fidanza i got an ACT HD-G6 srung hub 6 puck with heavy duty pressure plate. so far it has handled about 11000 miles of daily driving and a day at the drag strip with abotu 8 launches. still grabs like beast and 0 lock out.
