the upper line is rubber... isnt it?

and i guess nvm that post lol

i asked ppl around here in colorado and they all told me to get the one that replaces the rubber line ( upper) and just remove the restrictor pill

since i got a tilton clutch i didn't need to get SS lines as the kit has SS lines running from the hydraulic bearing so u no longer use a slave cylinder. i have just a spare brand new upper SS line if u want it. still in the bag from machevo. never used

i need some help, i just had my ss upper clutch line replace on my 9 so my question is: was the pill in the old rubber clutch line or could it still be in there? can someone please explain where the pill is? Thanks

yeah its a steel braided line or atleast the one i got was... replacing the lower line doesnt really do anything so if you want to waste the money on it go for it... but jnztuning.com sells the upper for i believe 25... havent heard anything about it leaking from it though possibly the guys slave was bad before he put the line on and that was the final blow to it just an opinion bc i dont see relieving stress in the line would cause that much of a diff just me though

installed upper and lower SS clutch lines in addition to my ACT HDSS with prolite no problems so far 3k miles ago....no clutch pedal change...
