What should I all replace when replacing the clutch?

I have an 03 Evo 8 (76k mi) stock clutch went out. I'll be taking it to a shop to get it replaced. I ordered ACT HDSS clutch (came with a new TOB), ACT streetlite flywheel, and AMS stainless steel clutch lines. Am I missing anything? I saw some people recommend replacing the CMC, is this necessary? Thanks In advance!
Mods are evo 9 mr BOV, and buschur TBE. I plan on doing full bolt ons soon.

That is the clutch i have. Holds good launches some times slips.
Tons of chatter.

I think your good with what you ordered. Have the shop make sure release fork is still straight.

You only replace cmc if its broke.

Get an OEM tob. The one that comes in the clutch kit doesn't have a name or part number on it, so you have no idea the quality of it. An extra $75 now can save you paying all the labor for a clutch job over a again if the no-name tob fails.

I dunno where you are taking it but if not an Evo shop with parts I suggest a spare of that Cheerio sized o-ring that is so easy to lose. I also suggest new felt washers if not an Evo shop. When they remove the throwout arm, as they should for lubrication, it is easy to destroy the felt washers on the first assembly try.

Could you post a link to said parts, or some part numbers please? Thanks

No time for that today. The o-ring is the upper one between the transmission and the transfer case. Pull the transfer case and it falls to the floor.

your going to need to pick up a clutch disk alignment tool, and some brake fluid to bleed the slave cylinder.

The last 5 clutches I've installed for customers came with an alignment tool. 3 ACT's, one comp, and one Exedy twin. All 3 clutches I've bought in the last 3 years came with alignment tool, a comp, and ACT, and my current exedy twin. Maybe you're getting screwed lol.

New flywheel bolts and/or if your engine doesn't have balance shafts or is a stroker then some also use Red loctite. You've got a stock engine , but I'd like to mention it anyhow.

Cheap insurance if the flywheel is coming off or if a clutch is going into a car that meets the above criteria. If you've owned the car since new you may be ok, but if its had multiple flywheel jobs or the bolts have been torqued improperly then new is a safe route IMO. Every so often there is a thread about someone pulling their trans 2-3 times since the bolts backed out.

Its a good idea to put 300-500 miles of stop and go traffic to exchange the material on the flywheel/disc .
