installed a greddy EBC and boost gauge recently and realized I was not boosting where I should be. Only getting about 8-9psi. Should I get rid of the Greddy Type S bov? I have tried different settings on the EBC. Haven't tried changing soft/hard on the bov but I doubt that will do anything. any advice?

Thanks.

Did you take the pill out of the line?? Or is that only with a MBC? I forget.

If it is the type S that needs a new diaphragm. My old one did.

the EBC is hooked up correctly. I'll have to adjust the bov softer since it theres a lot of flutter right now. boost leak test and replacing the bov will be next. thanks for the info guys. much appreciated.

you are right, the diaphragm had a rip. time to get a IX bov and call it a day.

The IX DV is a good choice indeed.

So, what DV/BOV are you favoring for running 30+ PSI?

Best result I have experienced has been from the forge line of bov/dv. I currently have a greddy type s now, car feels great, but I know at my boost level it wont' last.
APS was the best for driveability, however it was a joke above 25psi...I'll be purchasing the FORGE RS BOV soon.
