Does your EPM dump tube leak?

How many off you have problems with your EPM dump leaking.

Edit: Sorry for the late info add. Wanted to get the poll up first. Exhaust leaks out of the dump tube at idle. Not sure if it is leaking around the turbine side or not. I used a new EPM gasket for install. I need to try adding some preload to my wga but I have a higher pressure wga.

Where is it leaking from?

Have you adjusted the WGA?

its a dump tube, thought that was the point unless your wastegate door is actually leaking.

Are you running a turbine housing/dump gasket, or not?

weird that issue only happens because people installed the stock gasket back...only other thing is to adjust the wga because it shouldnt be open at idle

Mine leaks at idle with the fp black and fp 25 psi actuator. I preloaded the actuator all the way and it still leaks at idle and I can hear the flapper rattling. It's so annoying.

If you can hear it rattling you need to tighten the actuator more...You are using a divided gasket correct??

^This. I am actually having one laser cut today from a high quality mr gasket material that I bought because the other one is poor quality.

I use copper gasket. The one provided is not good enough. If someone made one of OEM quality divided that would be ideal.

I used copper spray gasket. Worked flawless for two years with no leaks.. The gasket that comes with it always seems to leak.
