I searched before i posted this just so you guys know lol

Here is my problem, I ran a boost leak test a week ago and found some major leaks. I fixed them all and then took the car out for a drive. i had to turn the boost down to get back to my 22psi setting and wow the car had much more torque and power. This lasted for 2 days. I went to drive the car and it was slow again and showing 14-15 pounds or boost. First i did another leak test to verify that was good, it was, so i put the car back together and turned up the boost controller until i got back to 22psi. Even after this the car is slow like before. It does not have the torque it had for those few days. Could this be a bad wastegate actuator,turbo,or mbc?? The car has 62k on it. Also my afr is not consistent. I am tuned for an 11.0-11.5 and sometimes my wideband will show 10.0 through most of my midrange then it will go back to my 11's..other times it will show as normal.

definitely not a bad wastegate. You would either have high boost or not be able to build boost.
