Car dies without constant gas.

Once again I'm in need of some advice guys. First off I know I need a tune but would like to figure out if the tune would fix it or its something else (was going to get a tune next weekend). But this weekend I received the BBK turbo from CBRD and I love how it performs. But after I had everything on there the car would stall after low rpm shifts if I dont apply gas right away. After taking it to 19-20 psi and slowing down it would idle just fine. I'm starting to think that my evo doesn't like to go slow but I doubt thats it.

Mods-
9:1 wiesco pistons, eagle rods
walbro 255 fp
780 percision injectors
tbe w/ testpipe
intake, u/l icps
invidia o2 housing
dc sports manifold
hallman mbc
BBK turbo

Recap: Letting off gas/shifting at 2-3k rpm car would stall. But at high rpms comes to an idle just fine.
Thanks for the help in advance.

Nope, no CEL. I was just checking with you guys before I take it to get it tuned just incase this isnt normal. I just gotta give it alittle gas before coming to a complete stop just incase it cuts off on me, but other than that it drives like a dream.
