DO NOT USE SYNCROSHIFT. Do not use any Shockproof oils either. NO GL-5 rated gear oils
Oils you may use in your tranny are:
Diaqueen 75W85 GL-4 Transmission oil
Redline MTL and MT-90
Amsoils MTG
The ONLY fluid I suggest using for the TC and rear diff are Diaqueen LSD gear oil (not the same as the Diaqueen tranny fluid.
tranny 2.8 quarts
TC .58
rear diff .56

Not sure why Synchroshift II is a bad product. Have been using this on my tranny for over 5 years now with great results. As for the transfer case and rear diff....do as the others have said and go with the Diaqueen MR gear oil
