Boost Issue

Boost was hitting 22 psi. Hallman MBC. Spring Mod. Holding to 18-19psi. Turned car off. One hour later, I cant boost past 14....

Check your vacuum lines going to the boost controller. It sounds like you are hitting wastegate boost.

Try another boost controller.

Check to make sure they aren't torn anywhere. If your turbo was bad, it would make a different noise than usual. Like Remy said, try another boost controller if the lines aren't damaged.
