I'm stumped!!
Recently my evo 9 has been running lean tuning did nothing,,, no matter what we did,,,So I replace new injectors new walbro 255 with new filter and regulator.... Still running lean,,,Im stumped,,,, What else can I check,,,
My mod's are
1000cc RC
HKS,272 EVO_9
WALBRO 255
3" Turboback
Injen UICP with Injen intake with HKS open filter...Stock LICP

DAMN! thats a big turboback! ( sorry i had too )
Maybe those injectors are too big? Im not to great with this but are they scaled properly?

Yeah I had them scaled by Scott @ RR. Reason for the 1000cc's was because the stockers where @ 100% Scott said upgrade to the 1000's which I did, now these are @ 100%. Something is wrong.......

Was your tune messed with prior to this? Sounds like it isn't going into closed loop at fuel throttle and is reading the fuel scaling from a map it shouldn't be. But I'm also confused that your 1000cc injectors are going static, but yet the car is running lean. Is it knocking? Maybe you need a new wideband O2.
I also had a simliar issue in my subaru when a coil pack went bad. It was reading lean because the gas from that cylinder wasn't burning and was raw gas, therefore the O2 wasn't reading it. Said lean when it wasn't.
