Turn your boost controller down till ur boosting where you wanna in 4th gear, that is when your puting a load on your turbo.

I have done that. I was asking what is causing it.MBC was adjusted to boost in 3rd gear as its supposed to and is still spiking under heavy load in 4th or 5th.

You SHOULD remove the entire factory boost/vacuum hose assembly leaving the factory boost control solenoid(BCS) out of the loop although with its electrical connector plugged in.

As others have pointed out to you, it is advisable to set boost in either 4th or 5th, and not 3rd gear. This is due to the fact that the engine revolutions will wind out faster than the turbo has a chance to spool in third gear. If you want to mitigate the overboost/creep issue in top gear, then set boost in 4th or 5th, not third.
