Best Twin Disc Clutch?

Hey Guys,

Its about the time to get a new clutch again

So, I need some input

Im looking to spend around 2k.
My car is a DD but also go to the track a lot and road courses

So my question is, what would everyone recommend?
My main choice was 1350kg Carbonetic Carbon Twin
However, they also have REGULAR discs and TypeR discs, would the Regular discs last longer?

I need something that will last, but also give me that performance as well.
I dont care how hard the pedal is or what noise it makes, i just want it to perform and last.

I was reading on Triple clutchs and it looks like Twins are the better way to go, i dont think I will be doing 1000+ hp lol
I am not looking to change my clutch every year.

So any suggestions?

My suggestion is an Exedy Twin HD.

The HD is cerametallic not carbon. Exedy also makes a carbon series.

Exedy twin metallic. That's what I have on my 05 MR for the last two years with daily driving in So Cal streets.

Deff the exedy twin HD metallic clutch. My brother has that clutch and its freaking awesome. Feels very close to stock and performs and lasts long. Seems to me the carbon clutches dont last as long as the metallic if you drive your car alot so I would stick with metallic plus its a lot cheaper.

Carbon won't last longer. It's also better for high HP applications because the Exedy HD is going to have problems over the 5-550 mark. If you get the Exedy I highly suggest opting for the hydraulic TOB conversion.

I am probably going to be around 400-500whp with this clutch
